Anu Tail is a Tridosha-Shamaka Nasya Yoga that promotes harmony of the Shira (Head), Ghrana (Nose), Karna (Ears) and Netra (Eyes).
It lubricates and nourishes nasal passages, aiding proper Prana flow and sensory alertness.
Regular supervised use supports:
Shira Shuddhi (Head clarity) and lightness

Suggested Use (рдЙрдкрдпреЛрдЧ рд╡рд┐рдзрд┐)
2–3 drops in each nostril once or twice daily,
preferably in the morning after bathing, or as directed by the physician.
